If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website. Any packages or services provided under a signed contract take precedence and priority over the policies outlined on this website. In the event of a conflict, the terms, provisions, and stipulations specified in the contract shall supersede the website policies.
These policies may be updated from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a new effective date.

While Amelia Service Photography strives to provide accurate, high quality content and images, it is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended errors on this website.
Use of this website and its images is at the discretion of its users and viewers.
This website is hosted through the third-party platform Pixieset. Amelia Service Photography shall not be held liable for any technical difficulties, service interruptions, outages, data breaches, or other issues arising from the use or operation of the platform.

All sessions are considered confirmed only once a signed agreement and retainer payment have been received. Full details of payment and services provided are outlined in each client contract.
Amelia Service Photography photographs youth athletes at games, tournaments, and special sporting events. Pricing and package information is available on the Pricing page. Coverage may be requested for specific dates and is subject to availability.
While sports photography is at the heart of what Amelia Service Photography does, Amelia Service Photography also offers portrait sessions and event coverage. For portrait sessions and event coverage not covered on the Pricing page, please contact directly.
Online payments for prints and digital downloads are processed through Pixieset. For other services, Amelia Service Photography will include payment options when discussing with the client.
Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Travel outside of Brevard County, FL may be subjected to additional travel fees.
Photos are uploaded to galleries hosted on this website. Depending on the nature of the event, and the package selected, some galleries may be password protected. Parents, athletes, families and clients can purchase digital downloads or prints directly from the gallery. Online gallery payments are processed via Pixieset through Stripe or Paypal.
While password protection may be used, absolute security against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.
Amelia Service Photography will only retain galleries and their images for 3 months after the images have been delivered and/or uploaded onto the website. After 3 months, they are no longer guaranteed to be on the website nor are they guaranteed to be stored and kept by Amelia Service Photography.
Online galleries are provided for personal viewing and purchasing purposes. Images may not be redistributed, altered, or used for commercial purposes without express written consent from Amelia Service Photography.
Amelia Service Photography assumes responsibility only for photography services. Amelia Service Photography is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during photoshoots, games, practices, or events - whether authorized by an organization or not. Participation in sports carries inherent risk. Amelia Service Photography is not liable for injuries occurring during sessions or events.
Amelia Service Photography will not be held responsible for shots missed. Amelia Service Photography is not liable for photos not taken.
Amelia Service Photography makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the content of the website and is not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from your use of the website.
Amelia Service Photography is not responsible for interference, venue restrictions, rowdy behavior, or any incidents caused by third parties, clients, athletes, or spectators. Additionally, Amelia Service Photography will not tolerate verbally abusive, physically abusive, or aggressive behavior. If behavior results in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if the conduct damages the equipment of the photographer, it will result in the early or immediate departure of the photographer. If the photographer feels unsafe for any reason, the photographer reserves the right to modify coverage, change the timeline, photo locations, or terminate services completely to keep themselves healthy and safe. Amelia Service Photography maintains professional boundaries at all events and expects respect for equipment and space.
Amelia Service Photography may collect personal customer information including: Name, Email, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Payment information (processed through Pixieset), and session details/preferences. Amelia Service Photography may also collect non-personal information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited and time spent on the website.
Amelia Service Photography collects this information when you submit a contact or booking form, sign up for emails, interact with the business on social media or through advertisements, or browse this website.
The photographer does not sell or distribute personal data. Amelia Service Photography may share it with trusted third-party services (such as email providers) only when necessary to conduct our business.
Amelia Service Photography uses this information to respond to inquiries and communicate, process bookings, process agreements, send updates, promotions, or notices, improve website and user experience, and maintain legal and business records.

All digital downloads, prints, and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Electronic payment processing fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Any deposits are non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by Amelia Service Photography due to cancellation.
Weather-related changes may be rescheduled without penalty.
If a game is delayed, postponed, or canceled, Amelia Service Photography follows the official direction of the league or venue. If a game is delayed and Amelia Service Photography cannot remain for resumed play, or a game is postponed or canceled, Amelia Service Photography will attempt to reschedule coverage when possible. Rescheduled coverage is not guaranteed.
If an athlete is removed from play due to injury or misconduct during prepaid coverage, refunds or rescheduling are at the discretion of Amelia Service Photography based on time spent and images captured.
For game day coverage, clients should provide 2 hours notice to reschedule or alert the photographer of any scheduling or venue change.
All photos on this website (excluding its Blog) are taken professionally by Amelia Service Photography. While Amelia Service Photography strives to produce accurate and high-quality images, it is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Use of this website and any digital or print images is at the discretion of users, viewers and purchasers.
All image sizes are approximate.
Photography is artistic and candid in nature. Specific poses or shots are not guaranteed even if pre-arranged. Amelia Service Photography will provide a pleasing color balance but cannot guarantee exact color matching. Sometimes, it is not possible to record on film or print the exact color as seen by the human eye.
All prints are produced by a third-party printing service. While Amelia Service Photography edits and adjusts images for optimal digital quality, final print results cannot be guaranteed. This can include color accuracy and paper texture or quality. Print quality is determined by the third party provided.
Sports photography is dynamic and unpredictable. Coverage is dependent on game flow, athlete participation, coaching decisions, venue restrictions, weather conditions, lighting limitations, and time constraints. Amelia Service Photography cannot guarantee action shots of a specific athlete, equal coverage of all players, that a specific athlete will participate in gameplay, nor a specific number of final images.
Coverage is dependent on how games unfold and circumstances beyond the control of Amelia Service Photography.
Amelia Service Photography will not be held responsible for shots missed. Amelia Service Photography is not liable for photos not taken.

Amelia Service Photography retains entire copyright ownership of all images and photographs at all times, throughout the world. Purchasing a digital download, print copies, or purchasing a session grants a non-transferable personal-use license including: printing, social media posting, personal sharing. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, editing, alteration, or vendor/sponsor/media outlet submission is prohibited without written permission.
If you would like an image removed from public display, please contact Amelia Service Photography and it will be removed promptly.
Minors will not be tagged by full name. Parents or athletes may request image removal from the website or any social media at any time.
